DELIVERY & RETURNS
FREE UK DELIVERY - All items are delivered free of charge within the UK. Your jewellery will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (1-3 days delivery aim) A signature will be required upon receipt.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - You can choose to upgrade to next day delivery. Your item will be delivered by 1pm the day following dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If you require an item for a certain date please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate your request where possible.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY - Non-UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service with a flat delivery charge of £9.95 per order. Delivery times vary, estimated times for your destination can be viewed at www.royalmail.com.
For all international orders we complete the relevant customs declaration forms, however we cannot be held responsible for delays to delivery for items held up in customs. Any customs charges that may arise are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS - We hope you are completely happy with your jewellery but if for any reason you are dissatisfied you can return the item in a saleable condition and original packaging to the address below for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please notify us in writing, quoting your original order number, that you are returning an item to us. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend sending via tracked signed for service and obtaining proof of postage as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we are happy with the condition of the item then your refund will be processed. This will be issued to your original method of payment and should arrive within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS - Faulty pieces can be returned up to 30 days from receipt of item for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges will only be made for the same item otherwise a full refund will be issued to the original payment card.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect upon receipt please contact Essentia By Love Lily Rose immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org providing full details of the order date and reference number. Essentia By Love Lily Rose will endeavour to correct the situation swiftly.
SALE ITEMS - We regret that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFTS - If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
WARRANTY - All items come with a 6 month warranty, valid with proof of purchase. During this period we will repair or replace any item that proves defective due to improper workmanship or materials, under normal wear and care of item. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
