Award winning British jewellery brand Love Lily Rose was founded in 2012 by Lorna Gilbey. Rediscovering her creative side following the birth of her second daughter, Lorna happened upon silver clay and fell in love with the idea of creating personal jewellery
and keepsakes for people to treasure. With her daughters Lily-Mae and Sophia Rose
as her main focus and inspiration Love Lily Rose was born.

Gaining a loyal customer base and following (as well as a third daughter, Olivia), the brand has continually evolved and in 2015 launched Essentia By Love Lily Rose, a new collection of sterling silver and gold plated jewellery. A luxury, fashion led collection, influenced by Native American cultures and beliefs. Essentia still holds the core belief that jewellery can and should be, inspirational, thought-provoking and meaningful. The heart and soul of the Love Lily Rose brand.

"Jewellery should last as long as your memories, Essentia is a high quality,
Lorna Gilbey, Founder and designer of jewellery brand Essentia By Love Lily Roseaffordable luxury jewellery range designed with the fashion conscious
woman in mind. Customers can curate and grow their own collection to evoke memories that have significance to them. We love jewellery with a personal touch."                             - Lorna Gilbey, Founder & Designer-Maker.

From her home studio in the Essex countryside Lorna designs and individually handcrafts each original piece, taking inspiration from the talismanic properties of dreamcatchers and other properties associated with protection, inner strength and positivity. Numerous sketches are made before the master is sculpted from silver clay - the organic, tactile nature of the medium is still a firm favourite – the masters are then sent to be cast in to solid sterling silver using the traditional method of lost-wax casting. The silver pieces are then assembled by hand and polished to create stunning finished jewellery. Vermeil items are sent to a top London plating company to be coated with a generous layer of 18ct Gold, resulting in a luxurious finish and enhancing the range offering.

"A key part of my jewellery is its versatility, the hero pieces can be worn alone or layered with other pieces from the complimentary collections, allowing you to curate your own Essentia Collection and show your spirit"
